One of my earliest and most meaningful branding projects was the work I did for Taproot Ferments; a Jun Kombucha company owned by a good friend who trusted my design skills. I developed an earthy, vibrant brand identity centred around a hand-drawn sunflower graphic, representing the company’s nurturing spirit, use of high-quality local ingredients, and goal of cultivating community connections. This project was deeply rewarding as both a creative opportunity and a chance to support a friend’s entrepreneurial vision, kickstarting my journey as a branding designer.
For Hutchins Building Solutions, I crafted a striking monochromatic brand identity using clean, bold typography and simple imagery. The minimalist black-and-white aesthetic creates a unique yet straight- forward look aligned with the client’s desire for a distinctive but uncomplicated brand presence. This monochromatic project showcases my ability to develop an impactful visual brand tailored precisely to the client’s needs.
For the personalized thrifting service, I crafted a fun, eclectic brand identity that captures their curated thrift bundle offerings. Playful typography and a vibrant colour palette reflect the unique, stylish experience they provide by hand-selecting secondhand pieces matched to each client’s individual tastes. Whimsical illustrated elements add a touch of quirky personality that resonates with their sustainable, vintage-inspired aesthetic.
Employing a minimalist monochromatic approach akin to my work for Hutchins Building Solutions, I developed a modern brand identity for Domain Exteriors. Bold typography and geometric shapes create a clean, structured aesthetic that conveys professionalism and expertise.

For the indigenous woman-owned line of natural medicine blends, I took a highly collaborative approach to develop an authentic brand identity. Through a close partnership with the owner, I incorporated meaningful cultural elements and traditional botanical knowledge into the branding. The warm, earthy colour palette and botanical illustrations evoke the company’s deep roots and connection to nature.
